Our Culver City PPE-Up at the Culver City Senior Center went off without a hitch! Serving over 600 businesses, we are so proud of our staff and volunteers who made the event successful.
Shout out to the Culver City Chamber of Commerce
Colin Diaz, President/CEO of the Culver City Chamber of Commerce, and team rolled up their sleeves throughout the day to help distribute critical supplies to their members and registered small businesses.
Thanks to Culver City and City Officials
Council Member and ex-Mayor Göran Eriksson, Council Member Albert Vera, and Asst. City Manager Jesse Mays volunteered to help organize and load supplies into vehicles at the event. We worked cross departmentally with Public Works, Parks & Rec, Culver PD, and City Planning to provide assistance with staff and ensure adequate traffic flow and the safety of the event.
"Culver City’s small businesses have shown remarkable resiliency during these very challenging times. The City of Culver City is proud to partner with PPE Unite and the Culver City Chamber of Commerce to help distribute needed supplies to help protect Culver City’s front line employees," said Culver City Mayor Alex Fisch.
